Hiring Policy

It is the policy of EPISURG Group of Industries that the HR department shall hire suitable candidates based on the merit, qualification, skills, and job specifications for the vacant position.

All applicants shall be evaluated fairly and transparently. The HR department may use multiple recruitment channels, including job portals (e.g., Rozee.pk, linkedin), social networks, local chamber notice boards, factory boards, digital platforms, and other relevant means of advertising job vacancies.

Probation and Confirmation Policy

All newly appointed employees shall be on a probationary period of three (03) months, extendable up to another three (03) months based on performance and behavior. Upon successful completion of probation, the employee will be confirmed as a permanent employee and entitled to all benefits as per company policy and local labor laws.

Disciplinary Policy

EPISURG follows a progressive disciplinary approach to ensure a fair and corrective system of handling misconduct or poor performance. Disciplinary action may include:

  • Verbal warning

  • Written warning(s)

  • Suspension (with or without pay)

  • Termination

The severity of action depends on the nature and frequency of the offense. All employees will be given an opportunity to explain and improve before major disciplinary measures are taken.

Non-Discrimination Policy

EPISURG upholds a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of discrimination in recruitment, salary, promotion, training, or termination.

All decisions are based on merit, skills, and performance, regardless of race, gender, religion, age, disability, marital status, political affiliation, nationality, or personal beliefs.
